This led me down a bit of a rabbit hole and reminded me of all the awesome mods out there for this game, like Elder Scrolls and Thera, to the point I started downloading those again. Though Battle For Middle Earth is fine and all, I really wanted massive scales and nothing beats that better than Third Age - Total War and the still updated Divide and Conquer submod for Medieval II: Total War. After watching the Lord of the Rings Trilogy again, I got the need to play a Lord of the Rings strategy game. ![]()
